     Mrs. Abbie B. Sutton, 66, of Vienna road, Independence Township, died last night at her home after a long illness. She was the wife of Holloway Sutton.
     Mrs. Sutton was a daughter of the late Isaac and Susan Parks June. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church and its W.S.C.S., Good Intent Council; Sons and Daughters of Liberty and Independence, Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, all of Hackettstown, and the Ladies Aid Society of the Mt. Bethel Methodist Church.
     Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Anna Hutchinson, of Delaware, N.J; a son, Warren, of Hackettstown; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
     Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Cochran funeral home, Hackettstown. The Rev. Chester A. Pennington, D.D., pastor of Trinity Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Pequest Union cemetery, Great Meadows. on 12 January 1951.2

     Mr. Sutton was fatally stricken Friday night while chaperoning a dance at Hackettstown High School.
     Born in Independence Township on Jan. 18, 1909, Mr. Sutton was a son of the late Holloway and Abbie June Sutton. He was a life-long resident of that area.
     He was a member of Trinity Methodist and financial secretary of the church. He was member and past master of Independence Lodge 42, F&A.M., Hackettstown. He was past patron of Indenpendence Lodge 102, OES. He was a member of Warren County Forest Tall Cedars of Lebanon; Crescent Temple, Trenton, and the Loyal Order of Moose, Hackettstown.
     Surviving are his widow, the former Ruth Truscott; a son, Harvey, at home, and a sister, Mrs. Miles Hutchinson, Delaware, N.J.
     Masonic services will be held at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Cochran Funeral Home, Hackettstown. on 29 May 1961.3
