Surviving in addition to her husband are three brothers; Ned Sutton, Warwick, N.Y; Leonard Sutton, Ledgewood, N.J; and Howard Sutton, Stanhope, and two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Sherer, Netcong; and Mrs. Marian Oliver, Stanhope.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Church in the Glen, Netcong. on 15 September 1962.1

He married Elizabeth Garrison, daughter of James Garrison, circa 1884 at New Jersey. He died on 20 February 1926 at Hackettstown, Warren County, New Jersey, of cerebral thrombosis.2 He was buried on 24 February 1926 at Pequest Union Cemetery, Great Meadows, Warren County, New Jersey.3

Elizabeth Garrison was born circa October 1868 at New Jersey.1 She was the daughter of James Garrison. She married James Irving Sutton, son of Henry Harris Sutton and Mary Elizabeth Smith, circa 1884 at New Jersey. She died on 12 April 1939 at Claymont, New Castle County, Delaware, of acute pulmonary caditis. Witnessed by George Suton, Claymont, Del.2 She was buried on 15 April 1939 at Pequest Union Cemetery, Section F, Great Meadows, Warren County, New Jersey.3,4

Mrs. Elizabeth Sutton, 70 years old, of Willow Grove street, Hackettstown, widow of Irvin Sutton, died suddenly, Wednesday night, at the home of a son, Leroy S. Sutton, in Claymont, Delaware, where she had gone on a visit.
Mrs. Sutton was born at Phillipsburg. After her marriage, more than 40 years ago, she went to Hackettstown to reside and had lived there ever since. Mr. Sutton died about 10 years ago.
Deceased leaves four other sons besides Leroy; James Sutton, of Townsbury; Albert Sutton, of East Orange; William Sutton, of Allamuch Township, and John Wesley Sutton, of Hackettstown.
Funeral services will be held toworrow at 2:30 p.m. at the Hiles Funeral Home, Great Meadows, and interment will be made at Great Meadows. on 14 April 1939.4
