     Born in Hackettstown, he was a son of the late Mathias and Sallie Force Sutton. He was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of Blue Ridge Post 164, American Legion, Hackettstown.
     Surviving are his widow, the former Helen Mayberry; a son, Charles E., Hackettstown; a daughter, Mrs. Nina Hoffman, Andover, N.J., and three grandchildren.
     Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Cochran Funeral Home, Hackettstown. American Legion services will be conducted at the home at 8 p.m. Sunday. on 29 May 1964.3

     Surviving are a son, Charles E., Hackettstown; a daughter, Mrs. Nina Huffman, Andover; two brothers, Joseph and Clyde, Port Murray; three sisters, Mrs. Harry Apgar, of Phillipsburg, Mrs. Leon Farley, of Washington, and Mrs. Harry Gardner, of Port Murray, and three grandchildren.
     Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home, Hackettstown. on 29 January 1965.1

     He was Army veteran of World War II.
     In addition to his wfie, he is survived by one son, Robert Irving of Laguna Hills, Calif; two daughters, Evely Sachse of North Plainfield and Jean Evans of Carteret, N.J; one brother Howard Lacey of Asbury, N.J., five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
     Private services are being arranged by the Cochran Funeral Home in Hackettstown. on 31 March 1988.1
