He died a few hours later. He was employed by the New Jersey Zinc Co., at Franklin for several years, and for about five years had been elevator operator in the bank building. He was born near Brighton, a son of Charles and Phoebe A. Auble Sutton. His wife, Katherine Frace Sutton, died about 25 years ago. He was a member of Ivy Lodge I.O.O.F and Nomonock Tribe of Red Men, of Newton. The surviving relatives are a cousin, George Cook, of Newton and an aunt, Mrs. Ila Auble, of Johnsonburg. Funeral services at Iliff Funeral Home, Newton. on 10 September 1936.12

Mrs. Sutton died at her home on Sunday at the age of 56 years after a lingering illness. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sisters: Miss Mae Frace, of Newton; Mrs. C. M. Compton, of Morristown; and Mrs. Charles Martin, of Long Island, N.Y; and three brothers, George, John and Harry Frace, of Newton. on 9 February 1927.7
