She died on 10 July 1974 at Garden Nursing Home, Phillipsburg, Warren County, New Jersey.2 She was buried on 13 July 1974 at Fairmount Cemetery, Fairmount, Tewksbury Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.2

Mr. Sutton was taken ill last night while visiting his siter, Mrs. Clara Elgard at Sidney. He was taken to the center by the High Bridge Emergency Squad. An autopsy was ordered.
Mr. Sutton was employed as a caretaker for Harry M. Seals at his farm in the Clinton Point area for about 15 years. Before that he was a grinder at the High Bridge plant of Taylor Wharton Iron & Steel Co.
Born Sept. 9, 1901 in Fairmount, he was a son of the late Henry and
Elizabeth Moore Sutton. He lived in the Clinton area most of his life.
Survivors include his widow, the former Carrie Bowlby; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Bowers, Hampton R.D., and Mrs. Alice Pastic, at home; a son, Joseph, Annandale R.D; four sisters, Mrs. Emma Davis, Sidney; Mrs. Essie Stires and Miss Sarah Sutton, both of Glen Garnder R.D., and Mrs. Jennie Abrams, Millville, N.J; a brother, Marshall, and 10 grandchildren.

Mrs. Margaret Sutton Crowley Beam, 73 was found dead yesterday at 9 p.m. at her home along Rout 30, between Clinton and Glen Gardner. Lester W. Humphrey, of Annandale, Hunterdon County coroner, who was called, said that death was caused by a heart attack.
The body was found by the woman's son, Thomas Crowley, and her brother, Lambert Sutton, both of Clinton, at the residence where Mrs. Beam and resided alone. they notified state police at Clinton and Trooper Stanley Weppel responded and called the coroner.
Mrs. Beam was born in Oldwick, N.J., daughter of the late Andrew and Catherine Beam Sutton. She resided in her last home for 10 years and before that in Clinton.
She is survived, in addition to her son and brother, by a daughter, Mrs. Walter Beam, of Perth Amboy, N.J; a sister, Mrs. Ellis Burd, of Califon, N.J; and 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Trimmer's memorial funeral home, Clinton. The Rev. George l. Moran, Jr., pastor of Clinton Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery, Clinton. on 29 June 1951.2

Mr. Sutton, a Clinton resident for 18 years, was born in Fairmount, a son of the late Andrew and Kathryn Sutton. He operated a trucking business in Clinton for the past 17 years.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Louella Burd, Califon. His wife, the former Evelyn Emmons, preceded Mr. Sutton in death.
Services will be held at the Trimmer funeral home, Clinton, at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery, Clinton. on 10 March 1952.5 Obit:
Funeral services for Lambert Sutton, a native of Hunterdon county, were held from Trimmer Memorial Funeral Home, Clinton, yesterday, Wednesday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. Paul Goble, resident minister of Potterstown Baptist Conference Center. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Clinton.
Mr. Sutton had been in ill health a long time and died Sunday, March 9, 1952 at Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg. He was 59.
Born in Fairmount he was a son of the late Andrew and Catherine Sutton. His wife, the late Mrs. Evelyn Emmons Sutton, died several years ago. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Luella Burd, of Califon and several nieces and nephews.
He became a resident of Clinton 18 years ago and embarked in the trucking business in which he was active until his last illness. on 13 March 1952.6

Queen in the Court of Special Sessions to serve from one to three years in State Prison for entering the dwelling of Mrs. Fred B. Corson, in Lebanon township, Jan. 9, and stealing $25 worth of canned goods, clothing and other articles. Mrs. Frances Hockenbury and Mrs. Annie Howell, sister's of Sutton, were also before the court for the same offense. They were sent to the State Reformatory for Women. Mrs. Howell told the court she married at the age of 13 years. Her three year-old child was with her in court. (Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1915, page 1).

She was born in Califon, a daughter of the late Wesley and Catherine R. Sutton. In her younger life, Miss Sutton had resided for several years in New York City, but had been living in Califon the greater part of her life.
Miss Sutton, who never married, was the oldest member of Califon Methodist Church, and the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the church. She taught the Ladies Adult class of the Sunday school before she became ill.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Herzogg, of Nazareth, and Mrs. Emma Davies, of Scranton.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Coughlin funeral home, Califon, with the Rev. George M. Mueller, of High Bridge, officiating. Burial will be in Lower Valley Union cemetery, Califon. on 15 May 1950.2
