I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane, wife of George Fleming, five hundred dollars provided she has not deeded her interest in my estate to John C Welsh or to his heirs. In case she has so deeded away her interest in my estate then she is to receive nothing from my estate. I give and bequeath to my grandson Emery Hoffman and my granddaughter Laura Hoffman children of my daughter Elizabeth, deceased, late wife of George Hoffman - two hundren dollars each to be paid to them at the age of twenty one, or day of marriage which shall first happen but the said George Hoffman is not to receive anything from my estate.
I give and bequeath to my son Aaron S. Sutton, my daughter Hannah Schuyler wife of Philip Schuyler and to my granddaughter Mariah Buchanan wife of Elias Buchanan all the remaninder and residue of my estate both real and personal to be divided equally among them shara and share alike.
