Storrs, daughter of Horace Holden Esq. and Mary Cotton, on 12 April 1859. He married Catherine Judson Holden, daughter of Horace Holden Esq., on 10 April 1866. He married Joanne B. ? circa 1902 at New York. He died on 30 May 1912 at 253 West 95th Street, New York City, New York, after a short illness.2
