     Lyman Sutton, 70 years old, of Califon, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lida Emmons at Bunnvale, near Califon, where he was spending some time. He had been ill a few days with pneumonia. Mr. Sutton was born near Califon and married Miss Anna Trimmer, who died ten years ago. He was employed by the Taylor Iron & Steel Company, at High Bridge and was a member of the Beneficial Association of that company.
     Surviving him are three sons, Frank and Floyd Sutton, of Easton; Walton Sutton, of Califon, and two daughters, Mrs. Emmons, of Bunnvale, and Mrs. Mary Dickie, of Easton.
     Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Emmons' home, and burial will be in Lower Valley Presbyterian cemetery. on 17 November 1939.12

Besides her husband she is survived by five children, Delmar and Alvah, of Philippsburg; Rev. J. L. Sutton, of Newark; and Mrs. Joseph Snyder and Mrs. Clarence Fulmer, of Phillipsburg. Twenty-two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive her. Mrs. Sutton was a member of the Methodist faith. on 4 November 1926.3
