This Johann Georg is NOT identical to the one who married Rosina Erend in Boxdorf in 1740, because the marriage of 1766 gives the groom as being unmarried before. Even another Johann Georg Haucke (or the same who married in 1740?) married Anna Maria Leischke in Dresden-Kreuzkirche in 1763, but his profession is given as Schirrmeister, i.e. responsible for horses and their equipment. Neither of these can be the husband of Anna Catharine Mentzel.
