Obituary
John Russell Sutton, 64, of 265 Main St., Hackettstown, died Tuesday night in Warren Hospital.
He was born May 1, 1900, in Cokesbury, N.J., a son of the late William V. and Lydia Tuttle Sutton, and had lived most of his life in the Hackettstown area.
He was employed as a laborer with Rambler of Warren in Hackettstown. He was a veteran of World War I, where he served both in the Army and Navy.
Surviving are his widow, the former Frances Headdy, a son, J. Russell, Hackettstown; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Mitchell, Monroe, Ga.; a stepdaughter, Miss Mary Headdy, Hackettstown, and one grandchild.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Cochran Funeral Home, Hackettstown.
