Burlington, June 26 - Thomas H. Sutton died suddenly yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph Severns, on Lawarence Street. He was eighty-one years of age and is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Joseph Severns, and one son, Robert, of the suburb. The funeral will take place Saturday afternoon from the residence of his daughter, and interment will be made at Cedar Hill Cemetery. (Trenton Evening Times)

Burlington, N.J., June 27 - Instead of the exercises in honor of the dedication of the Thomas H. Sutton Chapel, at the Rakestraw Union Sunday school, next Sunday, a service of memorial to the superintendent, who for more than a quarter of a century had been the head of the work of the school, will be held, owning to the sudden death of Mr. Sutton yesterday at the residence of his son-in-law, Joseph P. Severns. He was 81 years old and had been a prominent figure in agricultrual circles in the vicinity.
