Obituary
Evelyn M. Sutton, 76, of West Main Street, High Bridge, N.J., died Tuesday in Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington.
A graduate of Newark Normal School, Newark, N.J., she was a kindergarten teacher in the Garwood, N.J. public school system, retiring in 1965.
Born in Newark, she was a daughter of the late George and Louise Gross Faggans. She lived in Annandale before moving to High Bridge in 1958.
Mrs. Sutton was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit, Clinton Township, where she operated a nursery school for many years.
Her husband, Albert E. Sutton, died in November.
Surviving are a sister, Alma Hagaman, Rahway, N.J., and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the Church of the Holy Spirit. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Lebanon. The Douglas D. Martin Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements.
