Will - January 20, 1756 and proved October 4, 1758. Named sister Mary Sutton and her children - Daniel Jackson Sutton, John Jackson Sutton, Mary, Elizabeth and Jane Sutton. He made his sister Mary Sutton with cousins Mary and Daniel Jackson Sutton executors of his estate. Witnesses were William Folwell, Elizabeth Folwel, and John Fenimore. In the body of the jurat, the executrix was called Mary Folwell, but she signed as Mary Sutton. Is this were the maiden name is derived?
