Obituary
Mrs. Elizabeth G. Sutton, 70, of 41 Glen Ave., Phillipsburg, died yesterday in Easton hospital.
She was active in the area's Cander Society activities, especially in helping many churches to make dressings.
Born in Wesfield, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Harry and Nora Meyers Osmun.
She was a member of the Golden Age Club of the Moravian Church, Palmer Township, and the Leisure Club of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Friendly Club of Grace Lutheran Church and the congregation of Pilgrim Presbyterian Church, all of Phillipsburg.
She and her husband, Allen Sutton, celebrated their 50th anniversary Nov. 26, 1975.
Surviving beside her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Charles E. Faust, Linden, N.J., and Mrs. George Witten, Haledon, N.J.; an adopted daughter, Mrs. Earl Hummer, Phillipsburg; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Finegan Funeral Home, Phillipsburg. Intermen will be in Flicksville, Pa., Cemetery.
