Obituary
Willis Sutton, 61 years old, of Twelfth street, Frenchtown, died unexpectedly yesterday, being stricken while at work at the plant of the Frenchtown Porcelain Co. He complained of feeling ill shortly after reporting for work, and left to walk to his home. Warford Opdyke, passing in his automobile noticed Mr. Sutton was ill and took him home where he was treated by Dr. Arthur K. Jenkins for a heart attack. He died about noon.
He was member of the Baptistown Baptist Church; P.O.S. of A. of the P.O.A. of Frenchtown.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lillian Gulick Sutton; a brother, Russell, of Flemington, and two sisters, Mrs. Florence S. Pegg, of Flemington and Mrs. Alva Clunn.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. at the Johnson funeral home, 41 Bridge street, Frenchtown, in charge of Rev. Monard Sanford, pastor of Baptistown Baptist Church and interment will be in Locust Grove cemetery, Quakertown. Magnolia Lodge of Odd Fellows will conduct the ritual of that order at the funeral home Sunday night at 8 o'clock.
